FAQ

  • When are you going to restock?
    Our gear is released in limited editions, so most items won’t be restocked—but we do bring back select favorites from time to time! If there’s something you really want to see restocked, feel free to email us—we’d love to hear from you!
  • Can I return or exchange my items?
    All items are final sale.
  • What about customs fees, duties and taxes?
    Please note that all customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the pricing or shipping costs.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. If your order has not yet shipped, you may reach out to girlypopgear@gmail.com with your Name and Order Number, using "Order Inquiry" as the subject line. Once an order has been shipped and you’ve received tracking information, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
    Your shipping address can only be changed before your order has shipped. To request an address change, please email girlypopgear@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, and the correct shipping address you’d like it updated to. Once your address has been changed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that only shipping addresses can be updated—billing addresses cannot be changed. If your order has already shipped and you’ve received tracking information, we are unable to make any changes.
  • I never received a confirmation email?
    Please double-check that our emails aren’t going to your Spam folder, as that’s where they’re often filtered. If you’ve checked your Spam folder and still haven’t received a confirmation, it’s possible the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout. To resolve this, please reach out to our customer service team at girlypopgear@gmail.com. Be sure to include your Name, Order Number, and the correct email address so we can update it for you.

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
