All sales are final, and we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. If your order has not yet shipped, you may reach out to girlypopgear@gmail.com with your Name and Order Number, using "Order Inquiry" as the subject line.
Once an order has been shipped and you’ve received tracking information, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Your shipping address can only be changed before your order has shipped. To request an address change, please email girlypopgear@gmail.com with your Name, Order Number, and the correct shipping address you’d like it updated to. Once your address has been changed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Please note that only shipping addresses can be updated—billing addresses cannot be changed. If your order has already shipped and you’ve received tracking information, we are unable to make any changes.
Please double-check that our emails aren’t going to your Spam folder, as that’s where they’re often filtered. If you’ve checked your Spam folder and still haven’t received a confirmation, it’s possible the email address was entered incorrectly at checkout.
